A young Nigerian man was filmed celebrating after passing his Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board exams with flying colors.
On May 2, JAMB announced the results of the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), and the lucky student received a score of 270.
It was discovered that he took the tertiary entrance exam four times and passed the general cut-off mark of 140 on his fifth attempt.
Residents flocked to the street to celebrate after the man revealed his JAMB score.
People congratulate him with handshakes and pats on the back in a video that has gone viral on social media. He paced back and forth, appearing overly excited.
According to the person who filmed the scene; “He scored 270 on this JAMB exam after repeating for the 5th time. I’m very happy for him, you see in life never give up.”
