Housekeeper leaves her job after receiving a “juicy offer” to work in Egypt

A Nigerian man has revealed that his housekeeper has resigned and is on his way to Egypt to start a new job, the nature of which is unknown.

Yomi Kazeem, the employer, claimed they tried to shield her from being trafficked, but she persisted on leaving because her pastor convinced her it was a blessing from God.

According to the man, he and his wife attempted to obtain confirmation about the nature of the trip and job because the employer and type of job were unknown, but the housekeeper did not listen to their concerns.

Kazeem stated that her flight was scheduled for Friday, November 18, and he is concerned for the lady.

He wrote; ‘‘Our housekeeper just quit. Someone promised her a “good job” in Egypt. She has no idea what the job is, or who the employer is.

My wife & I tried to verify details. She refused. Her pastor says it’s a gift from God. She leaves on Friday. It’s hard not to feel scared for her.”

@tolusaba; The only thing you can do now is try to keep in touch and have her know she can always reach out if things don’t go as planned.

@_UcheJN; If U let her leave without lifting a muscle and something happens NOT good happens to her, the guilt will HAUNT you FOREVER. Do whatever you have to do to ensure her safety. The key word is “whatever”
