Naja’atu Muhammad, Tinubu’s Director of Civil Society in the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential campaign council, resigned a few weeks before the election.
One month prior to the 2023 presidential election, Naja’atu Muhammad submitted his letter of resignation to Abdullahi Adamu, the national chairman of the APC.
The campaign manager for Tinubu stated in her letter that she does not agree with the new trends in the party.
“The challenges that Nigeria faces today require me to continue championing the struggle for a better country with a clear conscience as I remain absolutely loyal to Nigeria,” Naja’atu said.
She further urged Nigerians to vote responsibly in the upcoming elections in 2023.
