No one can stop Dr. Bawumia, and now is the right time for him to lead Ghana.

Former deputy attorney general Joseph Dindiok Kpemka stated that vice president Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is the best candidate to lead the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

According to him, the Vice President has demonstrated that he is the finest choice to guide the party to victory in the elections of 2024.

Joseph Dindiok Kpemka, a former member of parliament for the Tempane district, claims that Dr. Bawumia has recognized his opportunity to lead the New Patriotic Party into the 2024 election.

“Dr Bawumia is going to get a massive endorsement because it is his star that is shining and nobody can stop it. God has destined him.”

“Anybody who had attempted in the past to support others are now backtracking because they have all seen that this is the man to lead us to the promised land.

“When he came to this region, you saw those who were with him. Some of them very close to other aspirant. They have said they were very close to others but now they are with him [Bawumia] because they have seen that he can give the NPP power,” he said.

The Vice President has distinguished himself and served the party well, so if Dr. Bawumia is not chosen as flagbearer, the party will suffer a loss, according to the former Deputy Attorney General.

“For a man who has served us well from election petition through to now, delivered several lectures that gave us power and the party throws him away? What will be our message to Ghanaians? We need him and the NDC themselves know. Everyday when they go on radio and TV, they are on one man,” he added.

However, a new study by Global Info Analytics indicates that John Dramani Mahama, a former president, will likely win the election in 2024.

According to poll results from people who are likely to cast ballots in the elections of 2024, Mr. Mahama leads Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia by 29%.

According to the poll, the NPP may be losing ground in the Eastern Region as Mr. Mahama received 73 percent of the vote compared to Dr. Bawumia’s 24 percent.

The survey’s findings were based on data from a sample size of 5,661.
