When Asake and Cheque first arrived in Lagos, they were stranded – Yhemo Lee

Yhemo Lee, a hype man and singer from Nigeria, has claimed that he helped Asake and Cheque when they made their first trip to Lagos.

He said that the two of them were homeless and that he provided housing for them after graduating from Obafemi Awolowo University with Fireboy DML.

The actor claimed that despite being exhausted after spending two months in school, he was unsure on what to do next.

They left school the same day and traveled to Lagos, according to Yhemo Lee, who revealed this during a conversation on the Tea With Taymesan Podcast.

However, he claimed that he only realized Asake and Cheque had no place to stay when they arrived at the last bus station in Berger.

He claimed that Fireboy graduated a year ahead of them, but he continued his education for an additional year so that they could all leave together.
