Wizkid’s staff are reportedly being held hostage after the musician stood fans up again at his recent concert in Abidjan.
Recall that WizKid failed to appear at his Ghana concert on December 10, 2022.
This sparked outrage on social media, with some fans demanding his arrest and others expressing their displeasure with him.
WizKid had apologized for his absence and explained why he couldn’t make an appearance.
However, according to recent reports, the singer’s entourage is being held hostage in Abidjan after he failed to appear.
One tweep identified as @chisomnwoye1 alleged: “Guess what wizkid staffs that arrived earlier are being held hostage here in Abidjan up until he pay for the mess he cause in Abidjan. it’s the disrespect for the fan. After he will write an apology”
