How Adeleke was rescued from Osogbo by Atiku, Diri, Udom, Obaseki, and others
Atiku Abubakar , the vice presidential candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party, and Governor of Delta State Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, his running mate, led some PDP governors to the Osogbo city stadium, where the event was held, as Senator Ademola Adeleke assumed the role of governor of Osun State.
The delegation to Osogbo, the state capital, also included the governors of Edo, Akwa-Ibom, Bayelsa, and Godwin Obaseki, Emmanuel Udom, and Sentor Douye Diri, respectively.
Prince Olagunsoye and Rasheed Ladoja, the former governors of the states of Osun and Oyo, also attended the event that was taking place at the location.
Otunba Oyewole Fasawe, Titi Atiku Abubakar, husband of presidential candidate Atiku, Dr. Olajide “Jandor” Adediran, senator Francis Fadahunsi, Erelu Olusola Obada, a former deputy governor of Osun, and Oluwole Oke are among the other guests present at the event.
