Area Mama, an Abuja-based crossdresser, claims that some of his top clients are police officers and government officials.
He claims that because politicians use their services, the crossdressers will not be arrested or jailed.
The drag queen made the statement on his social media page in response to a follower who wondered why the federal government, which recently proposed a jail term for crossdressers, is doing nothing to punish them.
Area Mama claims that anyone expecting police to arrest him is delusory because he is well-liked by many police officers in Abuja, the nation’s capital.
In an Instagram video shared by tori4town9ja, he stated that police officers should not dare to arrest him for the crime of crossdressing because he will arrest them.
