DJ Tunez, the official disc jockey for Nigerian sensation Wizkid, recently announced his desire to collaborate with street-hop artist Portable.
On Friday, he tweeted that he would want to collaborate with the singer of the Zazuu hit song.
As he pleaded with the head of Zeh Nation to contact him, DJ Tunez made the decision to use one of the several Portable slangs in an effort to catch the singer’s attention.
He wrote on Twitter: “I wanna do a song with Portable!
“WAHALA WAHALA WAHALA!
“Portable call me! ☎️ Set awon “the young shall grow”.
In the meantime, this comes after the contentious performer, whose real name is Habeeb Okikiola, claimed that Ayo Balogun, better known as Wizkid, can’t sing.
In a video response to the award-winning musician’s recent criticism of rap artists, Portable poked fun at him.
He asserted that Big Wiz lacks talent and that people are unaware of what he is saying in his lyrics since he amplifies his sound using autotune.
The Zazuu singer claimed that Wizzy uses promotion to push the songs or albums he publishes, not talent, is why his ventures succeed.
Additionally, Portable chastised him for frequently singing songs about women and questioned when he would start doing so.
