Brymo slams Peter Okoye for belittling Seun Kuti, “I doubt your success, you belong to your sponsors”
Nigerian artist Brymo criticized Psquare’s Peter Okoye for disparaging Seun Kuti.
A heated social media argument between Seun Kuti and Peter Okoye over Labor Party presidential candidate Peter Obi had broken out.
Seun Kuti was attacked by Peter Okoye, a fervent admirer of Peter Obi, for using his father’s name for financial gain.
Peter boasted that, in contrast to Kuti, who is making money from his father’s reputation, his father, who was a nobody, had established a name for himself.
“My late father was a nobody but today everyone knows the OKOYES! Dude try removing “KUTI” from you make make I know weda anybody sabi you!

Brymo responded by criticizing Peter Okoye for undermining Seun Kuti. He argued that Peter Okoye’s boasting about his position has denigrated Seun while defending Seun.
Brymo started a fight by saying he doubts the singer’s success since he had sponsors.
“Bros…you never delete?…you go keep this post wey trifle your pops, just cause it reads like you are self-made and he inherited fame?…that’s your point right?…this belittle yours. This is quite self serving, I doubt you own your successes, you belong to your sponsors?”.
