“Election isn’t war” Yul Edochie responds to those anticipating a brawl between him and his colleagues over the candidate they support.

Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has a message for those who are anticipating celebrity brawls over presidential picks.

Celebrities like Seun Kuti, Ayo Makun, Brymo, Peter Okoye, Paul Okoye, and others have argued over their choice of presidential candidate.

Yul Edochie reacted to it by asking why anyone would anticipate him to disagree with his coworkers’ choice. Yul observed that none of the three major parties’ presidential candidates are engaged in open conflict.

He declared that these people are billionaires with secure families that value one another greatly.

He can’t battle his colleagues over them since he doesn’t think elections are like war.

“THE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES OF THE 3 MAJOR PARTIES ARE ALL FRIENDS. THEY HAVE A LOT OF RESPECT FOR EACH OTHER. THEY’RE BILLIONAIRES WHOSE FAMILIES ARE WELL SECURED NO MATTER THE OUTCOME OF THE ELECTION. THEY ARE NOT FIGHTING EACH OTHER. SO WHY SHOULD I BE FIGHTING MY COLLEAGUE OVER HIS CHOICE OF WHO TO VOTE FOR? DOESN’T MAKE ANY SENSE. ELECTION IS NOT WAR”.
