Iyanya can be arrested if the victim makes an official report – Police
Iyanya, the musician, was seen on camera pushing a fan off the stage while playing his hit song “One Side” in Awka, Anambra state. The video went viral, and DSP Bright Edafe, the spokesperson for the Delta State Police Command, responded to the incident.
Iyanya provided his version of what transpired after the controversy generated by the video. The singer claims that the fan who kept smacking him in the face with cash provoked him.
He tweeted;
“Normally, if that guy makes an official report, @Iyanya can be arrested for this. I come in peace. If you all can’t see his offense there, then I understand why it’s very difficult to Police this country”
