Mercy Eke, the first female winner of Big Brother Naija, has congratulated Phyna, the winner of the reality show’s recently concluded level-up season.

Phyna, who won the ‘Pepper Dem’ season of Big Brother Naija, took to social media to welcome Phyna to the club of female winners.

You would recall that Phyna became the second female to win the reality show after Mercy Eke, after she beat 28 other housemates to clinch the grand prize of N100million.

Taking to her insta stories, Mercy congratulated Phyna on her victory and officially welcomed her to the club of female winners.

“Congratulation Unusualphyna, welcome to the club,” Mercy wrote.

Meanwhile, Big Brother Naija star Amaka’s message of congratulations to her colleague and level-up winner, Phyna, has elicited reactions from reality show viewers.

Phyna, a 25-year-old hype priestess, became the show’s second female winner after receiving the most votes of the six finalists and was crowned season 7 winner on Sunday night, October 2nd.

Amaka simply wrote, “Congratulations @unusalphyna.”

Given that the ladies were once best friends, Amaka’s brief message of congratulations to Phyna did not go over well with fans and followers.

Fans flocked to the comments section to share their thoughts on Amaka’s post, noting that she didn’t appear to be happy about Phyna’s win.
