A elementary school student was caught on video dancing in the middle of the road while wearing his uniform.
The youngster was allegedly returned home, though it is unclear whether this was because he owed school fees or for other reasons.
A motorist observed him performing some fantastic movements in excitement while heading home and videotaped him.
The schoolboy was with some of his peers, who were heading ahead while he trailed behind to happily dance.
