Habeeb “Portable” Okikiola, a musician from Nigeria, claims that Seyi Vibez plagiarized the sound of his bandmate Asake.
In a video he shared on his Instagram story, the Zazuu star criticized Seyi and music video director TG Omori.
According to Portable, the filmmaker shifted from filming music videos for Asake to Seyi because she has become the nation’s newest popular performer.
He claimed that Seyi Vibez completely copied Asake’s pattern and now employs it to pay out. Because there is no love in the industry, according to Portable, it was simple for the TG Omori transfer to happen.
He continued by criticizing Seyi for not having a distinct style and advising him to adopt a different one in order to stand out like him.
The singer further claimed that due of his distinctive pattern, people enjoy clinging to him.
