Tonto Dikeh, a Nollywood actress and politician, has taken to social media to ask for prayers, admitting that she is suffering from a heavy heart.

On Thursday afternoon, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) deputy governorship candidate asked the public to pray for her in a disturbing Instagram post.

Her heart is heavy, she says, and she’s not ashamed to admit that she needs everyone’s prayers and love right now.

“I don’t ask for nothing at all.. Not ashamed to say I need you all, If you got a minute say a quite prayer for me. My hearts so heavy, Thanks”, she wrote.

Concerned fans and followers flocked to the comments section in response to the post, expressing their concern and offering words of encouragement to the mother of one.

Tonto Dikeh took to social media to express her regret after a mother she refused to assist with the medical treatment of her ailing son lost the child.

The politician revealed that the mother had sent her an Instagram DM a while ago asking for financial assistance for the treatment of her sick child, but she had ignored the message due to her previous interactions with people.

According to the mother of one, she refused to assist the distressed mother because she suspected it was a scam, as she had recently fallen victim to a scammer who used the same pity story to defraud her of nearly half a million naira.

Unfortunately, she learned that the woman’s son had died, presumably due to a lack of medical care, and she now regrets not assisting the woman.
