Abike Jagaban, the alleged lover of the Ooni of Ife, has issued a public service announcement.

The Yeye Bewaji of Itori drew everyone’s attention at a recent event when she stepped out in style with the Ooni’s staff.

This sparked outrage on social media, with many criticizing the monarch for not respecting his staff.

Following the event, many have referred to her as the next Ife queen.

Abike appears to have sent a message to the public in response to the controversy.

She declared that she does not want to be referred to as a “Queen in waiting” on Instagram, but rather as her parents christened her.

On the other hand, she said that the name and title could change in the future.
