Actress Ini Edo Reveals “Why I Don’t See Myself as A Feminist”
According to Ini Edo, who is comfortable with being a queen and a lady, she isn’t competing with some of her colleagues for the title of King.
She said, “Being a feminist means different thing to different people.
I adore defending women’s rights and believe in the necessity of equality, but I’m also a very organized person.
I was brought up in a particular way. I was taught to value and respect males.
I want to be a woman and a queen at the same time. I’m not battling for the throne of the King. I don’t mind wearing a crown as long as nothing is hanging over it.
Big Brother Naija reality personality Erica Nlewedim is a proud feminist, in contrast to Ini Edo who does not identify as a feminist.
