Brilliant Nigerian Lady earns two Master’s Degrees with 100% record, bags huge PhD scholarship in both US and UK

Ayomide Mary Olukorede, a smart Nigerian woman, earned two master’s degrees with a perfect record and a grade point average of 5.00 out of a possible 5.00.

Ayomide graduated from Leads University in South-West Nigeria in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree, making her the school’s top graduate. She earned a grade point average of 5.00/5.00 while studying microbiology. She continued on to Leading University to complete her Master’s in Industrial Microbiology after receiving her Bachelor’s degree.

Ayomide earned a 5.00/5.00 grade point for her master’s degree, earning her another excellent distinction. Her remarkable academic achievement and hard work earned a Commonwealth Scholarship Grant to study in the United Kingdom.

The Commonwealth Shared Scholarship Award is a yearly scholarship funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) for candidates from the least developed and lower-middle-income Commonwealth countries to pursue a full-time Master’s degree in a course offered in collaboration with UK universities.

With the UK Commonwealth Scholarship, Ayomide traveled to Leeds, West Yorkshire, England’s University of Leeds where she registered for her second Master’s degree in plant science and biotechnology. She earned a Merit for her great graduation.
