“How I deal with negative feedback about my music” – Adesua Etomi
Adesua Etomi-Wellington, a popular Nollywood actress turned singer, has spoken about her transition into music and some of the challenges she has faced thus far.
The talented actress, who is married to Nigerian music icon Banky W, debuted in the Nigerian music industry earlier this year with her debut single, “So Natural,” and a few months later, Adesua, who performs under the stage name Susu, released her EP, “Sue Me.”
In a recent Hip TV interview, the mother of one discussed why she decided to pursue music and some of the challenges she faces in her new venture.
She claims she didn’t try to catch the bouquet at Rita Dominic’s wedding, but it was handed to her.
She tweeted;
“I’ve been a bridesmaid at 7 weddings. Chief bridesmaid at 4. Bridesmaid/mc at 1. Caught a bouquet 4 times. Cried at all 7, yet the 1st time I didn’t want to try catch the bouquet, it’s handed to me. God oya o may all the things @ritaUdominic whispered come true.”
