I made my first hit song at 16 – Pheelz
The first hit song that Nigerian music producer Phillip Kayode Moses, better known by his stage name Pheelz, created was when he was just 16 years old.
During an interview with Music Network, he revealed the information and mentioned that the song in question was First Of All by rapper Olamide.
The Finesse singer recalled how they both interned at ID Cabasa’s studio and took advantage of the chance to gain production and vocal training. She claimed that they have been friends for a long time.
Pheelz claimed he would take Cabasa’s computer password and use it later that evening to mix some music with Olamide.
He claimed that the producer told him it was time to work on his own after some time, so he departed to work in another studio.
But a year later, when Olamide’s deal with Cabasa’s Koded Tunez label expired, he approached him and suggested they collaborate.
First of All, the popular song that propelled the singer to super stardom, was the first tune Pheelz and they collaborated on, according to him.
Additionally, he mentioned that after finishing high school, he was spending time in the studio because he was aware that attending college did not interest him.
