I only date men who are smarter than me – Tems
Temilade Openiyi, also known as Tems, a popular Nigerian singer, says she only dates intelligent men.
The ‘Crazy Tings’ singer stated that a man must be smarter than her in order to get her attention, and this is not limited to intelligence.
Tems stated this during a Power House interview in New York City when asked about the type of men she is attracted to.
The interviewer inquired as to what it takes for any of the numerous men who shoot their shot to convince her to go on a date with them.
The songstress explained that he must outwit her in intelligence and life so that there will be no conflict.
Meanwhile, the songwriter previously revealed that she used to steal food to survive.
Tems stated this while recounting her previous struggles, adding that she was broke and hopeless at the time.
During an interview with GQ magazine, the singer revealed that she used to go to an aunt for food, which she would then take home.
