City lawyer Steve Ogalla has been in the news recently after it was revealed that he is in a love connection with entrepreneur Elseba Awuor Kokeyo, also known as Cebbie Koks Nyasego.
You may have seen him on your local TV station analyzing politics or, better still, providing a lawyer’s opinion on a specific problem.
You may also recognize him from the gorgeous posts he and his wife-to-be Akothee’s small sister, Cebbie Koks, shared on social media.
The two warmed the internet by sharing adorable romantic images of themselves. Since then, the couple has hinted at a December 2022 wedding.
Professionally, Steve Ogolla is a well-known Kenyan lawyer who has appeared in high-profile cases.
He also serves as the managing partner of Saroni & Stevens Advocates. Ngong, Nairobi-based advocacy organization.
In a recent interview with The Star, the lawyer admitted that his journey was a “from grass to grace” type of story.
The eminent lawyer stated that in order to attend university, he had to retake his KCSE three times due to financial constraints, which resulted in bad academic performance.
Despite this, he was able to graduate with honors from Ambira Boys’ High School.
He eventually enrolled at Moi University in 2007, where he made ends meet with limited HELB funds and a variety of side hustles, including selling kienyeji chicken to lecturers and fellow students.
