KiDi’s Anti-Cyberbullying Campaign Continues at Mary Mother of Good Counsel

KiDi, the singer, is ramping up his “be kind” campaign and has been observed mentoring students at a school.

The ‘Touch It’ hitmaker faced harsh criticism for nasty tweets he sent years before becoming famous.

Though he apologized for the same comments in 2020, he apologized again when the conversation reappeared.

For a long time, the artist has used his powerful voice to preach anti-cyberbullying, emphasizing the importance of accommodating varied viewpoints.

During his performance at Germany’s well-attended Reeperbahn Festival, he told the audience,

“…you literally could be anybody you want to be behind your phones…I urge everybody to be kind. Be kind to each other”.

To further the promotion, the KFC brand ambassador and representatives from the fast food business paid a visit to Mary Mother of Good Counsel school in Airport-West, Accra.

KiDi reminded the students to be tolerant of conflicting viewpoints and to always attempt to be nice to one another.

The singer and KFC presented gifts to the school’s students and teachers.
