26-year-old American actress, Zendaya becomes the best black actress in the US after winning her 2nd Emmy Award

After receiving the Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress for a record-breaking second time, American actress Zendaya Maree Stoermer Coleman, better known by her stage name Zendaya, has established herself as the best black actress to ever work in the country.

Zendaya, who won her first Emmy in 2020, became the first-ever Black performer to win the prize more than once when she was honored with the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series.

At the age of 13, Zendaya began her career as an actress and singer. Since then, she has appeared in a number of series, including Euphoria, a film that received multiple Emmy nominations. In 2022, she received a second nomination for Lead Actress in a Drama.

She also emerged as the youngest person ever to get nominated for the executive producer for the Outstanding Drama Series Award. “My greatest wish for Euphoria was that it could help heal people, and I just want to say thank you for everyone who has shared their story with me,” Zendaya said.

Zendaya has made a name for herself and has inspired many people in her generation and beyond. She was born to an American mother and an African-American father. She was nominated for Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics in addition to her nominations for Euphoria for her lyrical contributions to the music of the program.
