A video circulating on social media showed a die-hard fan running into the comic star in a Lagos traffic jam.
The lady was heard acting dramatically while repeating Okocha’s popular catchphrases, as he does in most of his viral videos.
In response, while filming a video with the thespian, Charles Okocha asked her if she was ‘phenomenal,’ to which she enthusiastically agreed.
“All ma fans are PHENOMENAL ❤️❤️❤️,” While sharing the video, the actor wrote.
The video has since elicited thousands of reactions, with many accusing the actor of infecting his fans with his enthusiastic displays.
