This occurred on Friday during Peggy Ovire’s surprise birthday party, which was organized by her Nollywood colleagues.
In the video, Frederick Leonard can be seen bowing and blushing as he extends his ring and asks the million dollar question.
Peggy Ovire fell into tears of pleasure upon seeing him, while other Nollywood stars screamed in delight.
This comes after Frederick Leonard stated on her verified Instagram profile that his colleague, actress Peggy Ovire, is the lady he plans to spend the rest of his life with.
Frederick Leonard wrote sweet words to Ovire while celebrating her birthday.
