The founder of Omega Fire Ministries International, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has challenged Nollywood actress Halima Abubakar to back up her claims against him in court.
Suleman demands that Abubakar prove her claims during the trial of a $1 billion defamation lawsuit filed against her last year by his attorney, Dr. Abdul Mahmud.
In a statement released on Friday, his attorney claimed that the actress had “unjustly attacked, maligned, and defamed” his client in order to use blackmail to obtain money from him.
The attorney assured the pastor that he would obtain justice in court for her series of false statements.
Due to the absence of Halima Abubakar and her attorney, the court trial has been scheduled for June 6 and 7, 2023.
