Brilliant Nigerian Lady bags first-class in Accounting, wins Petroleum Fund scholarship to study in UK university
Veronica Adeusi, a remarkable woman from Nigeria, has been awarded the esteemed Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) Scholarship in order to pursue a Master’s degree at Heriot-Watt University’s Edinburgh Business School in the United Kingdom.
Veronica Adeusi received an exceptional first-class Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Redeemer’s University in South-West, Nigeria. She applied for the 2022/2023 PTDF Scholarship a few years after graduating, and was given the opportunity to pursue a Masters degree in the UK.
Nigerians can receive a fully financed scholarship through the Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) Scholarship to pursue a Master’s degree in the UK, Malaysia, Germany, or France.

Celebrating her achievement on LinkedIn, Veronica Adeusi expressed that she is grateful for many things as the road to her achievement took a lot of grit, resilience and hard work. “Getting here took a lot of grit, resilience and hard-work but it was all worth it and I am entirely grateful for so many things,” she wrote on LinkedIn.
Veronica will soon graduate with a Master of Science degree from the Department of Finance at Heriot-Watt University’s Edinburgh Business School in the UK thanks to a full scholarship.
