Peter Obi and his running mate, Yusuf Datti, believe gay people should be executed – Femi Fani-Kayode
Former Aviation Minister Femi Fani-Kayode has criticized Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi and his running partner Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed for their purported anti-homosexuality views.
When the anti-gay measure was debated in the Nigerian Senate in 2014, Baba-Ahmed was a Senator. During a plenary debate on the measure at the time, Baba-Ahmed declared that such “elements in society should be eliminated.”
According to Femi Fani-Kayode, who was recently appointed to the APC’s presidential council, whereas Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed believes gays should be executed, Peter Obi supposedly believes the same.
The former Minister further argued that killing people as a punishment for their sexual orientation and choices reflects the fascistic and barbaric society that the Obidients (Peter Obi followers) intend to impose on Nigerians.
He tweeted;
