This Ghanaian 25-year-old is the tech genius behind Uber, Snapchat, and Instagram.

Idris Sandu, then 15, invented a smartphone app that helped his classmates find their courses when he was in high school.

Sandu left high school to work as an intern and consultant for firms such as Twitter, Uber, Snapchat, and Instagram, among others.

Sandu was 18 years old when he sold his Instagram algorithm and began consulting for Snapchat.

Sandu later developed software for Uber to detect a driver’s hand motion and position.

Sandu has also worked with several major celebrities throughout the years, including Nipsey Hussle, Kanye West, Jay-Z, Rihanna, and many more.

Sandu has also worked with Kanye West as a technical consultant and with Jaden Smith. Many macro-influencers, including Mayor Eric Garcetti and Barack Obama, have praised his work.
