At a music festival, DJ Chicken grabs a fan’s stack of cash (Video)

DJ Chicken, a Nigerian performer, never seems to be far from a controversy—the most recent being his treatment of a fan while performing.

In a video that has been making the rounds on social media, the Disc Jockey violently seized a wad of cash from a fan as he was watching him play on stage.

In the midst of the frenzy, the man walked closer to the stage area and showed Chicken the money in his hand.

Reflexively, DJ Chicken reached out to take the cash, but was able to successfully pry it away.

The admirer then looked perplexed as the social media celebrity placed the cash in his pocket.

In the meantime, DJ Chicken, a prominent musician and pioneer of Zanku, had already claimed that Zlatan Ibile had copied him.

He denounced Zlatan on his social media pages for allegedly stealing his dance moves and popularizing them.

The Lagos Anthem singer and his family were vilified by the former Portable colleague for using his dance to make money and not paying him. Zlatan was dared by DJ Chicken not to use the dance in any more of his music videos or online advertising.

Because he also wants to live in Lekki, possess a large home, and drive luxury cars like them, he insisted that Zlatan show him affection. According to the DJ, Nigerian celebrities lead a phony existence and barely offer others a chance to excel or be noticed.

Chicken said that after working together on a song, the singer once had a friend over and offered him N100k; ever since then, the friend has taken a break from music.
