The socialite shared a video of the fan’s wrist with her name inscribed on it on her Instagram feed.

The fan had tattooed ‘I love B. Ceo’ boldly on her wrist, according to video of the inscription.

However, many social media users appear to believe that the alleged ‘tattoo’ is simply a biro inscription rather than tattoo ink.
