Nigeria: Rico Swavey’s family has released funeral arrangements for the late BBNaija star.

The funeral arrangements for late Patrick Fakoya, also known as Rico Swavey, have been released by his family.

Rico will be laid to rest on October 20, according to funeral plans.

The 29-year-old died last Thursday, October 13, from injuries incurred in a car accident a few days earlier.

Rico died in the early hours of Wednesday, only hours after another BB Naija contestant, Tobi Bakre, launched a fundraising campaign for his treatment.

His colleagues have gone to social media to express their shock at his untimely death.

Alex Unusual, who had previously broken the news of Rico Swavey’s death, took to Twitter to grieve her colleague’s death.

THIS WAS NOT WHAT WE AGREED RICO. REST IN PEACE #RICOSWAVEY” ALEX UNUSUAL WROTE.

While Tobi Bakare, another Big Brother Naija Star wrote,

“WE LOST HIM. BUT THANKS A LOT GUYS. GOD KNOWS BEST.”

His colleague, Tobi Bakre shared the sad news in the early hours of Thursday, 13th October, 2022.

Tobi’s post reads ;
