Catholic priest declines to offer PVC-free communion to parishioners (Video)

A priest has established a rule that stipulates that churchgoers can only partake in holy communion if they are in possession of their Permanent Voters Card (PVCs).

Parishioners who walked up to the altar during mass without their voter card were given reprimands by the priest.

A viral video on social media shows the moment he asked churchgoers receiving the body and blood of Christ if they had their voter cards, sending those without back.

He was spotted slapping a woman with his palm as she approached the altar with assurance only to confess that she lacked a PVC.

When they observed the cleric’s response, other parishioners in the same category were left with little choice but to immediately return to their places.
